These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PoshHLimousines luxury limousine services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Agreement

By booking our luxury limousine services, you agree to these terms and conditions: • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation • Services are provided by licensed and insured chauffeurs • Rates are as quoted and confirmed at time of booking • Changes to bookings may incur additional charges • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions: • A deposit is required to secure all bookings • Full payment is due 48 hours before service date • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers • Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy • All prices include GST where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and modification policy: • Cancellations more than 72 hours: Full refund minus processing fee • Cancellations 48-72 hours: 50% refund • Cancellations less than 48 hours: No refund • Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling • Emergency cancellations: Reviewed case by case • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

Liability & Safety

Safety and liability provisions: • All passengers must comply with safety instructions • Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles • Alcohol consumption subject to local laws and our policy • Damage to vehicles will be charged to the customer • We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles • Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service • Comprehensive insurance covers all our vehicles and operations

• Valid contact information required

• Accurate event details must be provided

• Special requirements noted at booking

• Group size limits apply per vehicle

Service Standards

• Professional uniformed chauffeurs

• Punctual pickup and delivery

• Clean, well-maintained vehicles

• Complimentary refreshments

• 24/7 customer support

Prohibited Activities

• Smoking in vehicles

• Excessive alcohol consumption

• Illegal substances

• Damage to vehicle property

• Disrespectful behavior to staff

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, traffic accidents, or government restrictions. Alternative arrangements will be made when possible.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided through our website or direct communication.
